In Art Through the Ages, we will time travel to investigate different periods of history that significantly affected art around the world. Touching on eras such as Ancient Egypt, the Song Dynasty, the Renaissance and the Colonial Period in Latin America, we will learn all about different forms of art in connection with both history and geography. Building off of the changes and evolution of the arts across history, our campers will end the week imagining what the future of different art forms might look like 50, 100, or 200 years from now.
