By opting in to receive text messages from Illumination Learning Studio (“ILS”), you agree to the following SMS Messaging Terms.

1. Program Description

ILS may send text messages to individuals who have provided consent to receive messages in their selected categories.

Messages may include:

• Studio and program updates: Studio closures, schedule changes, attendance-related questions, and important program notifications.

• Enrollment and program announcements: Summer and school-year camps, music classes, enrollment openings, registration reminders, and other ILS offerings.

• Community events: Information about upcoming free community events, family activities, and special events hosted by or featuring ILS.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your selected categories, program participation, and studio activities.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to a message, where supported. You may also contact ILS at info@ilskids.com to request an update to your messaging preferences.

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable messaging program, subject to any required confirmation or legally permitted communications.

6. Consent Is Optional

Consent to receive optional text messages is not a condition of enrollment, purchase, or participation in ILS programs.
